  4. Take a turmeric leaf and a small portion from dough and spread it on leaf. Place stuffing in the middle and fold into half..
  5. Boil some water in idly steamer.Place the patolis in it.Cover and cook for 20 mins..
  6. When the leaves changes its colour and dough doesn't stick to your hands switch off the flame and serve patolis with ghee..
