Ingredients of Methi Muthiya
- You need of Methi leaves 1cup (finely chopped).
- It's 1 tbsp of Curd.
- It's 2 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Chopped green chillies.
- You need Gram of flour 3-4tbsp.
- You need 1 tbsp of Rice flour.
- It's of Salt as per your taste.
- It's 1/2 tbsp of Red chilliy powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of Lemon juice.
- You need of Water 1-2tbsp (if required).
- You need 2 cups of Oil.
Methi leaves are washed, chopped and mixed with wheat flour, besan and other indian spices to make a dough. - Firstly take a bowl and add finely chopped methi leaves and salt in it..
- Keep it aside for 5minutes and u will find that the leavesust have got moist..
- At this stage add curd, ginger garlic paste, green chillies..
- Mix it well and add lime juice and red chilli powder to it..
- Add gram flour and rice flour to it..
- Bind it well and mix it properly..
- If needed add a spoon of water to make the mixture little moist(this step is completely optional as it depends upon the moisture and the texture of the mixture).
- Noe take a frying pan and add oil to it..
- Let it be hot..
- Now make small balls of the mixture and deep fry it in the oil..
- Eat it hot and crisp..
