Taari Poha instructions
- First of all for Poha,we need to wash Poha thoroughly and drain out in one drainer, boil potato for it and then fry poha by adding oil mustard seed, cumin seed in that fry one roughly chopped tomato and one chopped onion after that the boiled potato with small size,.
- Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt according to taste, squeeze lemon and sugar if you want lastly add the drained poha which we had soaked out from water and then garnish with coriander leaves..
- Boil Red chana with 4-5 whistle in pressure cooker adding some salt on it. Next for taari heat oil in a pan and add to them some cummin seeds and then add roughly chopped tomatoes and onions, ginger and garlic paste,turmeric powder,.
