  1. It's 250 gm of chopped raw mango.
  2. You need 150 gm of jaggery.
  3. It's 2 tsp of oil.
  4. You need 1 tsp of panchporan.
  5. Prepare 2 of bay leaves.
  6. It's 2 of dry red chillies.
  7. You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.
  9. It's 2 tsp of roasted coriander cumin powder.
  10. You need to taste of Salt.
  11. It's 1 glass of water.

Spicy Mango Jaggery Chutney instructions

  1. Heat oil on a pan,add panchforan,bay leaves and dry red chillies,let them crackle..
  2. Now add chopped raw mango and salt,stir well and cook it by covering the lid on low flame for two minutes..
  3. Add all dry spices except roasted coriander-cumin powder,jaggery and water,mix well and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame and stir occasionally..
  4. Now sprinkle roasted coriander-cumin powder,mix well and cook for 2 minutes more..
  5. Spicy Mango Jaggery Chutney is ready to serve.Store it in an airtight container and keep it in refrigerator..
