- It's 250 gm of chopped raw mango.
- You need 150 gm of jaggery.
- It's 2 tsp of oil.
- You need 1 tsp of panchporan.
- Prepare 2 of bay leaves.
- It's 2 of dry red chillies.
- You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.
- It's 2 tsp of roasted coriander cumin powder.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It's 1 glass of water.
Spicy Mango Jaggery Chutney instructions
- Heat oil on a pan,add panchforan,bay leaves and dry red chillies,let them crackle..
- Now add chopped raw mango and salt,stir well and cook it by covering the lid on low flame for two minutes..
- Add all dry spices except roasted coriander-cumin powder,jaggery and water,mix well and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame and stir occasionally..
- Now sprinkle roasted coriander-cumin powder,mix well and cook for 2 minutes more..
- Spicy Mango Jaggery Chutney is ready to serve.Store it in an airtight container and keep it in refrigerator..
