  1. Beat eggs and vanilla essence till fluffy add castor sugar and beat again till double in size..
  2. Now sift flour and mix (cut & fold method). Last mix with oil. Grease swiss roll tray and lined butter paper..

  5. Whipped the cream. Spread whipped cream on cooled swiss roll. Then roll it carefully..
