Ingredients of Pav Bhaji
- You need 1 packet of pav.
- Prepare 3 of potatoes boiled peeled and mashed.
- You need 2 of Onion finely chopped.
- Prepare 2 of medium tomatoes finely chopped.
- It's 250 gm of boiled bottle guard.
- Prepare 2 of Carrot boiled.
- Prepare as needed of Butter.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Pav Bhaji masala.
- It's 1 Tbsp of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tsp of Roasted kasuri methi.
- It's 2 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.
- You need As needed of Oil.
- Prepare 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 1 Tsp of ginger-garlic paste.
Pav Bhaji step by step
- In a large deep pan heat oil along with 1 tbsp butter and add onion and saute it.Now add Tomato with Salt &cook for 2 min.Mix boiled veggies with little bit turmeric and cook for 1 min.Now mesh the mixture with messher and add 1 Tbsp pav Bhaji masala and mix it..
- Now make some space in center of pan & add 1 tbsp butter with some more chopped onion, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste,1 Tbsp pav Bhaji masala,some kasoori methi,red chilli powder and fry it.Now mix it with Bhaji..
- Add some water and salt as per consistency and taste. sprinkle chopped Coriander and some butter while serving it..
- In other pan add some butter with some red chilli powder, kasoori methi and pav Bhaji masala and put pav over it and heat it for 1/2min..
- Ready to serve..
