- You need 1/2 cup of onion and garlic paste.

- In a pan add ghee, onion garlic paste shredded ginger, meat masala and covered at for 6-7 minutes..
- Add to yoghurt, tomato pure, and water mix well.Add mutton cubes cook for 15min.Stir in between..
- Add salt/pepper and coriander powder, red chilli powder,garam masala,mix well cook for 10 minutes.
- Or till the meat is done.Allow it to stand 5min.Now garnish with mint leaves and coriander leave.Serve hot with Chatpati/rice..
